    • We all want more core strength… and all it takes is you and your mat! More advanced Pilates-based exercises for the experienced student. This intense class focuses on core strength, posture, coordination and flexibility. The exercises are layered with more difficult choreography to increase and challenge both mind and body. A strong understanding of Pilates-Based Technique is recommended.

  • Pilates Reformer Group Class
    • Learn to lengthen and tone the body with exercises based on the Pilates Method using the Pilates Reformer (one of the most popular apparatuses!) This class is designed to increase strength, flexibility and coordination while encouraging awareness of posture and alignment.
    • There are 5 Reformers available in each class. We strive to maintain an intimate class size to allow each student to receive close and personal supervision by the instructor.
