 FULL BODY STRETCH (COMMUNITY CLASS)

Stretching is the fountain of youth! This head –to-toe stretch class uses simple, effective techniques, including myofascial release, bands and balls to work out kinks and leave you feeling younger, more relaxed and free in the body.  Suitable for all levels, shapes and sizes.

 BALANCE FOUNDATIONS SERIES

This 6 week course will help you find pain relief and fabulous posture in all the basic positions of daily living; standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting and sleeping. Each student is given individual guidance to correct misalignments that are causing pain, gaining height and ease of motion.
